can be provided from various digital formats:
  • Sony dvf
  • Olympus dss
  • wma
  • wav
  • mp3

If you have any other format please contact to discuss.

Small files (up to 4MB) can be sent as e-mail attachments but for larger files please upload to webspace service using the password provided.   Alternatively, you could save to CD and forward by registered post which does still seem to be a popular option.

Cassette-tape Recordings
If you're still using the analogue system I have equipment to transcribe from standard cassette tapes, C30 or C60 and also mini-cassettes.   (I would not recommend using C90 tapes as they have a tendency to stretch or break).   The tapes are transcribed into a Word document and e-mailed and the originals mailed back to you.  Please forward the original tape by registered mail but do remember to make a copy - just in case...

Cassettes tapes are best used only once - if they are re-recorded then the audio quality is invariably impaired, thus increasing the transcribing costs.
